Welcome to MRC Card Shop ("MRC Card Shop," "MRC," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and MRC Card Shop and govern your access to and use of our websites, online store, social channels, and in‑store services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced here (e.g., Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Ownership of the Site & Services

The Services are owned and operated by MRC Card Shop. All content—including text, graphics, logos, product names, product images, videos, and software—belongs to MRC Card Shop or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from us. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3) Product Information, Conditions & Availability

• We sell trading card game ("TCG") singles, sealed products, accessories, and related items. Unless otherwise stated, singles are sold as‑is based on the stated condition (e.g., NM, LP, MP, HP). Condition language follows typical hobby standards and is our good‑faith opinion. Images may be stock or representative; exact card printing or edition is per the listing.
• Product availability, pricing, and images may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment/hand‑off.

4) Pricing, Errors & Taxes

• Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change at any time.
• We strive for accuracy but errors may occur (pricing, stock, descriptions). We may correct any errors and cancel orders that arose from them; if your payment was captured, you will be refunded for the cancelled items.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and fees. At checkout, we calculate and collect sales tax where required by law.

5) Orders, Preorders & Cancellations

• Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it only when we ship or mark it ready for pickup. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt, not acceptance.
• Preorders. Estimated release dates are provided by publishers or distributors and may change. We may cap preorder quantities, combine or split shipments, or cancel a preorder if allocation is reduced or fraud is suspected. If a preorder cannot be fulfilled, we will refund you.
• Cancellations. You may request cancellation before shipment or pickup preparation begins. We may decline cancellation once the order is packed, labelled, or prepared. See our Returns Policy for any restocking fees that may apply.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Methods. We offer untracked letter mail ("PWE") for eligible orders and tracked parcel services (e.g., USPS First‑Class/Priority) sometimes referred to as BMWT in hobby contexts. Available methods and rates are shown at checkout and may vary by order contents, value, and destination.
• Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier (or, for in‑store pickup, when you collect the order). If you select an untracked shipping method, you accept the risk of non‑delivery without tracking confirmation.
• Delivery issues. For damage or loss in transit, contact the carrier first and notify us promptly so we can assist where possible.

7) In‑Store Pickup (BOPIS)

• We will notify you when your order is Ready for Pickup at [Store/Outlet Name & Address].
• Please bring a government‑issued ID and your order number.
• We hold pickup orders for [7] days unless otherwise stated. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded according to our Returns Policy.

8) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. In general:
  • Singles are final sale due to the nature of collectibles, except where we shipped the wrong item or a material error occurred in the listing.
  • Sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
  • Any approved returns must be in the same condition as received and include all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

9) Consignment, Trade‑Ins & Buylist (if applicable)

• When you consign, trade in, or sell to us, additional program‑specific terms apply (pricing methodology, grading, payout percentages, payment timing, and shipping responsibilities). Those terms are presented at the time of submission and are incorporated by reference.

10) Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

• Promotions are subject to their own terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Unless stated, promotions cannot be combined.
• Gift cards/store credit are redeemable only at MRC Card Shop, have no cash value, and are subject to applicable law regarding expiration and fees.

11) Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of MRC Card Shop and third parties are the property of their respective owners.
• If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, contact us at [DMCA/Legal Email] with sufficient detail for us to investigate.

12) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Services, including by scraping, crawling, or reverse engineering.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE IN WRITING, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

15) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MRC CARD SHOP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE.

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MRC Card Shop and our owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

17) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in [Hancock County, Ohio] for any dispute not subject to informal resolution. To the extent permitted by law, you and MRC Card Shop waive the right to participate in class actions.

18) Changes to the Terms

19) Termination

• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
